1. No Refund for Completed Services

Because we provide digital services, consultation, and application assistance, refunds cannot be issued once:

  • The service has been started

  • Guidance has been provided

  • DS-160 or any visa form has been processed or reviewed

  • A consultation call/online support session has taken place

Digital and advisory services cannot be returned or undone, therefore all completed services are non-refundable.

2. Eligibility for Refund (Before Service Starts)

You may request a refund only if:

  • You paid for a service by mistake

  • Our team has not started working on your application

  • No consultation or support has been provided yet

If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

3. Incorrect or Duplicate Payments

If you made:

  • A duplicate payment, or

  • A wrong amount transfer,

you can request a correction or refund with valid proof of payment.

4. Service Delays

We always aim to deliver services on time.
Refunds are not provided for delays caused by:

  • Government websites (travel.state.gov, usvisascheduling, CGI Federal, etc.)

  • Server issues

  • Appointment unavailability

  • Client delays in providing required documents

5. Client Responsibilities

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • You provided incorrect or incomplete information

  • You changed your mind after service begins

  • Your visa is refused (we do not guarantee visa approval)

  • You fail to provide required documents on time
